Hemlock Twins Tech Advance

To the tech team,

Firstly, thanks in advance for making this work. We're super easy as long as we’ve got time, decent gear, and a fully working backline.

The following advance details all the things I need to perform at my best, whilst I understand this won’t always be possible, please let us know as soon as possible if you’re unable to supply something I’ve asked for so we can work around it.

Band members

Robin sings and plays ukulele and accordion.

Eleanor sings and plays banjolele and train whistle.

Setup

We prefer to use a single condenser microphone for both vocals and all instruments.

Our mic is an Ear Trumpet Labs Myrtle, which requires phantom power. Read more about the ETL Myrtle.

Please supply:

• 1x mic stand and clip

• 1x Monitor

• 2x Chair/stools

We can use 2 vocal mics (SM58 or similar) and 2 instrument mics (SM57 or similar) if needed instead.

FOH Mixing and lighting notes

Please refrain from adding much reverb

Please keep the lighting subdued
